Honey Cinnamon Waffles.

We keep this recipe on the ready when family and in-laws wake-up hungry in the morning after holiday celebrations.

A waffle that's less than 150 calories and tastes delicious. Yes, it's a Christmas miracle.


  • 1 cup Dannon plain lowfat yogurt

  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon


  1. Preheat waffle iron

  2. Combine yogurt, milk, egg, honey and butter in medium bowl

  3. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a separate medium bowl

  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until combined

  5. Place 1/3 cup batter into waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions
