I have always LOVED food, so when I realized I could hone and share that passion as a career, I enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America. After earning my degree, I began establishing myself at several iconic restaurants in New York City, including one of my favorites, An American Place, owned by Chef Larry Forgione. After working behind the line there, I switched to catering and worked with Gracious Thyme Catering Company, serving top Fortune 500 Companies. This lead me to the test kitchens at Unilever where I developed recipes and learned the art of food styling before ultimately starting Jenkins Culinary Resources in 2010.
While my titles have changed over the years, the word "food" has always been a part of my identity. I am hands on, and oversee the operations of our food & beverage research and recipe development, photography and videography services. The visuals (or content) produced by the JCR team end up in ads, videos, social posts, websites, and packaging. Our services are located HERE and our portfolio is right HERE.
